Join us on Tuesday, March 13th at 7pm for an exclusive 5-course “churrascaria” wine dinner in our private room. Begin the evening with champagne followed by 4 unique wines from California expertly paired with our traditional dishes and flame-roasted meats, which are served on skewers and carved tableside by the gauchos. A certified sommelier will be on-site to discuss the wines and answer any questions. Guests are greeted with a basket of traditional, mouthwatering pão de queijo (cheese bread) before the first course and all of the side dishes are served family style and replenished throughout the meal.

The cost is $85/person + tax & 18% gratuity. Please call 713.244.9500 to make your reservation, which is required along with a $25 deposit. A 48-hour cancellation notice must be given to receive a full refund of the $25.

Picanha USDA Prime Cut
our signature, traditional Brazilian steak seasoned with rock sea salt

4th Course

Filet Mignon USDA Prime Cut
tender center cut filet grilled to perfection

prepared with a light coat of house signature seasoning

Pairing: Joseph Phelps Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley, California

All of the above flame-roasted meats will be served on skewers and carved tableside by the gauchos. Once guests are finished tasting these meats, the gauchos will bring a small sampling of the additional cuts of meat offered at Chama Gaúcha.
