It's time to put our heart into fighting heart disease and Go Red For Women. The American Heart Association will host its annual Houston Go Red for Women® Luncheon in May 2018 at the Royal Sonesta Houston. Guests will enjoy lunch, shopping, makeup tutorials and plenty heart-healthy activities!

An estimated 44 million women in the U.S. are affected by heart disease and stroke – the No.1 and No.5 killers of all women. 90 percent of all women have one or more risk factors for cardiovascular diseases and stroke. The good news is that 80 percent of cardiac events may be prevented with education and lifestyle changes.

United, we are working to improve the health of all women. By harnessing the energy, passion and power of women, the Go Red For Women movement is making an impact on wiping out heart diseases and stroke for good.
