As we were jolted into survival mode during this time, the story and memories of this traumatic life event have become stored in our mind, body, and spirit. We will never forget the horror this city has faced, but we have the power to transform and heal from it.
Join me at Yoga Heart Studio for a six week meditation series: Recovering and healing emotional trauma from Hurricane Harvey.
