We would be honored if you would join us for Open Mosque Day. It is our sincere hope that this event will build alliances, better communities and create lasting friendships.

Open Mosque Day is scheduled for Saturday, August 19th, 2017 from 11:30 pm-2:00 pm at Masjid AlSalam (Champion Mosque), 16700 Old Louetta Road, Houston, TX 77379 (alsalammasjid.org). Admission and lunch are both free.

Event Highlights:
11:30 am — 1:00 pm: Welcome, Lunch, Social Hour, Henna Design, Face Painting, Tour of the Mosque, Islamic Art
1:00 pm — 1:45 pm: Short Presentation, Myths vs Facts, Islam & Muslims, Q&A and Final Remarks
1:45 pm – 2:00 pm: Invitation to witness Prayer

Neighbors, families, youth, churches, synagogues, temples, businesses are all welcome!
