Let's get together and make some Mason Jar Salads and Smoothie Prep Packs!!! The salads are good for a week & the smoothies ingredients can be mixed with yogurt and milk or added to your favorite shake mix.
* For Salads bring 2 fresh ingredients (and lots of it) and 5 Mason Jar (big or small its up to you!)
* For Smoothies bring 2 ingredients (lots of it) and 5 small freezer bags
IMPORTANT: If you are not going straight home after church, bring a small cooler to keep your stuff cold!
