Join us for Il Sapore Italiano, a series of cooking classes aimed to promote the Italian traditions in which participants will have a hands-on culinary experience preparing authentic and delicious Italian dishes.
We will be learning to make gnocchi alla sorrentina, a delicious dish made of potato gnocchi, tomato sauce, and mozarella cheese, from the region Campania. Participants will be making gnocchi by hand as part of this class.
Thursday, July 20, 2017 from 7:00 pm — 9:00 pm.
Doors open at 6:30 pm, please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the class.
