Join our fitness programming series in Bagby Park. Designed to provide a way for the community to maintain health and wellness, Midtown in Motion occurs on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of the month. Attendees will be registered to win gift cards provided by Midtown area businesses.
Our featured instructor Roz Jones will conduct a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class at 9:30am and Yoga Flow class at 10:30am.
The event is FREE and open to individuals of all fitness levels.
