Join Fresh Arts and the Mayor’s Office of Cultural Affairs for a special evening celebrating the close of Artist INC Houston- Spring 2017 session. The free event will feature a cocktail reception and 5-minute photo presentations by the first graduating Artist INC Houston class which includes 24 of Houston’s brightest and most driven visual and performing artists. Over the last 8 weeks these artists have gathered one night a week to develop their entrepreneurial skills and strengthen their artistic practice through mentorship opportunities, expert presentations, and peer networks. Now in its eighth year, the Artist INC regional program has been completed by more than 700 artists.

Presenting artists include:
Khalil Abusharekh, Khrystyna Balushka, Aaron Booker, Eepi Chaad, Adam Vincent Clay, Luisa Duarte, Karen Eisele, Hedwige Jacobs, Claire Drennan Jarvis, Mathieu Jeanbaptiste, Elaine Kuckertz, Melanie Loew, David Maldonado, Pat McEnery, Edgar Medina, Corine Michel, Karen Navarro, Roberta Paixao Cortes, Nathan Parmer, Cary Reeder Art, Dominique Royem, Y. E. Torres, Heather VonReichbauer, Suz Woodbury.
